Questions
Is Ulkaa Disk free?
Every account has some storage for posts, chat and more, but the Disk app itself comes with the Ulkaa One plans that include it and with the Ulkaa Workspace plans. Accounts without Disk see an upgrade page and can still manage their storage.
How much space do I get?
Every plan states its storage on the pricing page, pooled across a workspace or a family. Need more? Add a storage pack at any time and it joins your invoice.
Can I upload large files?
Yes. Large files upload in parts and resume after a dropped connection or a reload; choose the same file again to pick up where it stopped. The largest single file depends on your plan.
Who can see my files?
Only you, and for workspace files only the workspace, until you share. You can share with named people, or with a link that has an optional password and expiry date. Files sit in a private bucket and open through short-lived links.
What happens when I delete a file?
It moves to the trash, where you can restore it for 30 days. After that it is deleted for good.
Is it the same as the files in my workspace?
Workspace files use the same Disk, but in a separate space: a Shared area for the team and My files for your own, stored apart from your personal Disk.
Are my files end-to-end encrypted?
No. Files are encrypted at rest by our storage provider and protected by your sign-in and workspace rules, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Read the Security page for what we do and do not claim.
